Webhelp is the 1st call center operator certified by AFNOR Certification in accordance with NF X50-798 and NF 345 certification as well as the ISO 9001/2008 accreditation.
Webhelp became the sole international operator call center to meet both the qualitative and quantitative requirements of these international labels.
