A graduate from Ecole des Cadres (EDC) Paris, Xavier Richard began his career by selling advertising space at Groupe Hersant. In 1993, Xavier moved towards the call center industry and managed a telesales team for La Redoute’s redeemable credit products. He then became head of the telesales business unit for Addecco in 1999. He joined EOS ContactCenter in 2005 as HR director, then Managing Director in charge of HR. Since may 2009, Xavier is Managing Director at Webhelp in charge of the Gray, Fontenay, Saint-Avold and Montceau-les-Mines centers.
